Applications

 

Only one application must be completed, either electronically or manually, and submitted via email to thrivingschools@indy.gov. Upon submitting, look out for a confirmation email verifying that your application has been received. Be advised that if you do not receive a confirmation email, your application may not have been successfully submitted.

There will be two separate applications for schools seeking a (1) certification for their existing projects and (2) certification with a project funding for new and/or existing projects. Feel free to download the application(s), but do note that we will only accept submissions between September 5 and October 5, 2018.

 

Certification Only

CERTIFICATION TIMELINE

Phase 1: Certified schools will be notified by October 31, 2018.

Phase 2: Certification materials will be disbursed January 1, 2019.

Certification with project funding

CERTIFICATION WITH NEW PROJECT(S) TIMELINE

Phase 1: Selected projects will be notified by October 31, 2018.

Phase 2: Certification materials and project funding will be disbursed January 1, 2019.

Phase 3: New projects must be completed by July 1, 2019 (exceptions may apply).
